Builders waste & rubble removal
Waste left by building work builds up fast. Tell Kev what the materials are and how they can be reached and he can discuss collecting them.

Typical building waste
Renovations, extensions and DIY projects all leave behind waste that does not belong in the household bin.
- Timber, boards, offcuts and old kitchens
- Plasterboard, plaster and insulation
- Bricks, rubble and concrete
- Old bathroom suites, tiles and fittings
Why details matter
Heavy materials such as rubble and concrete are very different from light bagged offcuts, and the quote depends on weight, volume and access. Say whether the waste is loose or bagged, how far it has to be carried, and whether there is a skip or a pile already on site.
If you are a builder or tradesperson producing waste on a customer's job, ask about the paperwork that should come with the collection. The trade waste page explains the duty of care.
Planning the collection
Send photos of the pile and the route to it. Mention gates, steps and anywhere a vehicle cannot reach. The collection date and the quote are agreed before you book.
What to tell Kev
- The materials and whether they are loose or in bags
- Roughly how much there is, with a photo of the whole pile
- How far it has to be carried and any access restrictions
- Whether the work is for a household or a business
Questions people ask
Can you take rubble and concrete?
Mention it in your enquiry. Heavy materials affect the quote and need to be confirmed before booking.
Can you collect after each stage of a project?
Yes, tell Kev the timing of the stages and he can discuss one collection or several.
Do I need a skip instead?
It depends on the amount and the access. Describe the job and Kev can say whether a collection suits it.
