Privacy

KB Waste Removals (Kevin Burrows, Dartmouth) uses the details you give only to answer your enquiry and arrange a collection.

What we receive

If you use the enquiry form: your name, email address, collection postcode, optional phone number, the service you want, your description of the job and any photos you choose to attach (up to 5). If you phone or email directly, we receive what you tell us.

How it is used

The form emails these details to Kev at info@kbwasteremovals.co.uk so he can reply and discuss a quote. Photos are attached to that email. The website does not keep a copy of your enquiry or photos; it stays in the email mailboxes of KB Waste Removals and in your own mail. Your details are not sold or used for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website has no analytics, advertising or tracking, and opening a page does not set a cookie. One cookie, named kb_enquiry, is set only when you start using the enquiry form (when you click or type in it or add a photo) or send it. It is a session cookie holding a random code. It checks that an enquiry was sent from this website and helps limit repeated sends, and the server keeps a small temporary session record for it. It is not used to identify you or to track you, and it is removed when you close your browser. Links to Facebook and WhatsApp are ordinary links; if you use WhatsApp to send photos, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that message.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@kbwasteremovals.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how your details are handled you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
