Tell Kev what needs to go. Call, message or fill in the form with a description of the waste, your postcode and any access details. Photos help a great deal.
Discuss the quote. Kev will talk through what is involved and what the quote covers. Ask about disposal and the paperwork you will receive.
Agree the collection. Choose a date and time that suits you, and confirm access, parking and anything to be left behind before you book.
Collection day. Kev collects the waste at the agreed time. Walk through the job together to confirm what is going.
